I've had the pleasure of ordering from Wig Outlet for many years, and every single order has gone absolutely flawlessly, from ordering the wig to receiving it. I've only had to return one wig and the return process was very easy, and my refund was processed quickly as well. It's wonderful to be able to purchase wigs at a discount, and have confidence that these wigs will be inspected and come to me the same as a brand new one. I've also had the pleasure of speaking with their excellent customer service representatives, who are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I will continue to purchase my hair from Wig Outlet with confidence! I appreciate all that they do for all of us with hair loss.
